Return Process

  Log into your Uriage account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
